These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from The Toy Spool. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The Toy Spool is a 3D-printing studio based in Mohali, Punjab, India.

We create and sell 3D-printed toys, desk accessories, home décor, lamps, gifts, personalised products and other creations.

2. Our Products

Many of our products are 3D printed individually or made to order.

Because of the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in:

Colour
Texture
Layer lines
Surface finish
Dimensions

may occur between individual pieces.

These variations are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and descriptions accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen and lighting conditions.

3. Product Availability

Product availability may change from time to time.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to discuss an alternative, revised fulfilment timeline or appropriate resolution.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed, subject to our ability to fulfil the order.

We may contact you if additional information is required to process your order.

Please ensure that your name, phone number, email address and delivery address are accurate.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated based on your delivery location and displayed at checkout.

Orders of ₹999 or more qualify for free shipping within our applicable shipping service areas.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information or typographical errors.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before processing the order.

6. Payment

We currently accept online payments through the payment methods made available at checkout.

Cash on Delivery is not currently available.

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

7. Personalised Products

Some of our products can be personalised using names, photographs, messages, colours or other information supplied by the customer.

When placing a personalised order, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

Names and spelling
Dates
Photographs
Reference images
Messages
Other customisation instructions

We may contact you if clarification is required before production begins.

Once personalisation or production has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible.

8. Customer-Provided Photographs and Content

When you provide photographs, artwork, text or other material for a personalised product, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to provide that material for the requested purpose.

You should not submit content that:

Infringes another person's intellectual-property rights
Violates applicable law
Contains unlawful or prohibited material
You do not have permission to use

We use customer-provided photographs and reference material for fulfilling the relevant order.

We will not use personal photographs for marketing, social media or promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

9. Custom Requests

We may accept custom requests depending on the design, technical feasibility, production requirements and other factors.

Submitting a custom request does not automatically mean that The Toy Spool is required to accept or produce it.

We will communicate the scope, pricing and other relevant details before proceeding with a custom order.

10. Processing and Delivery

Most orders take 2–5 working days to process and prepare for dispatch.

Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service.

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our return and exchange terms are explained in our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

Because many products are made to order or personalised, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.

Genuine issues such as defective, damaged, incorrect or materially non-conforming products will be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

All original content belonging to The Toy Spool, including our:

Brand name
Logo
Product designs
Characters
Illustrations
Photographs
Graphics
Website content
Written content

is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and belongs to The Toy Spool or its respective rights holders.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use our content without prior permission.

13. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to fulfil an order caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, courier disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, technical failures or other unforeseen events.

Where reasonably possible, we will communicate significant delays and work towards completing the order.
